As Minot continues to grow, optimizing each customer’s experience will be key to the further success of our city. This free training will help create a service culture that customers will describe as different, personal and, ultimately, memorable.

Don’t miss this opportunity to hear a National speaker. This training is free to all Chamber members and partners of the Minot Convention & Visitors Bureau and there is no limit on the number of staff members that can attend.
